Decal sheets need to be cut into individual decals, in a paint program outside the game. (i use paint shop pro7).
Save individual decals as .bmp files or .tga files.
Put individual decals into your Nascar2002\3/export-import folder.
The individual decals are now ready to be used in the ingame paint shop.
